Train with me from anywhere — Addis Ababa, another city, or another country. Your program, your equipment, reviewed and adjusted every week.
A free consultation covering your goal, your training history, the equipment you can get to, and how many days a week you can realistically train.
Not a generic template. If you train in a full gym, the program uses it. If you have two dumbbells and a floor, the program is built around two dumbbells and a floor.
You log what you lifted and send short technique videos when you want them checked. I come back with corrections.
What worked, what didn't, what changes. This is the part that separates coaching from a downloaded PDF.
People outside Addis Ababa. People whose schedule makes fixed session times impossible. People who already know their way around a gym and mainly need structure, progression and accountability. And people who travel constantly and need a program that survives changing gyms every few weeks.
I can't put a hand on your back mid-rep. Video review catches a lot, but it is not the same as being in the room, and there is a lag between you making a mistake and me seeing it.
Online coaching also asks more of you. Nobody is standing there waiting for you at 6am — the discipline has to come from your side.
So if you are a complete beginner and you can get to me in Addis Ababa, I will usually tell you to start with in-person personal training and move online once the movements are second nature. That is the honest answer, even though the other one would be easier to sell.
A plan is a document. Coaching is a relationship with someone who adjusts that document based on what your body is actually doing.
A plan can't tell you that your bar path is drifting, that you should deload this week, or that the reason you're stalling is that you're sleeping five hours a night.
Whatever you have. I build the program around your actual situation — a full commercial gym, a small hotel gym, or a pair of dumbbells at home.
Tell me what you can get to and I'll work with it.
You film a set on your phone and send it on WhatsApp. I review it and come back with specific corrections.
It is not identical to being in the room, but it catches most of what matters.
Yes. Some clients train in person while they're in Addis Ababa and switch to online when they travel, then switch back. Just tell me what's changing.
The first consultation is free. Tell me your goal and where you're starting from, and I'll tell you honestly what it will take.
